Depending on their scope and objective, our scan potential analyses examine an individual’s success-related skills, his conscious motivation, and even his subconscious drivers. The deeper the analysis, the more we can say about the direction in which an individual can be developed if the conditions are right, in addition to showing how he behaves and what he can do at present.

Participants fill out an online-based questionnaire. The results determine the outline of the report drafted by our diagnostic psychologists, which includes clear recommendations regarding aptitude and further development. Philipp Klein has been with PAWLIK since 2012, and has led the Personnel Diagnostics team since 2015. A highly qualified psychologist, he has a proven track record in personnel and leadership development from his time at Lufthansa Technik AG. As a certified scan consultant, he drafts personality reports and holds feedback meetings on personnel decisions. He also continues to develop the scan potential analysis to cover skills-based variants.
