Reasons for Coaching

Many people face professional challenges that cost them disproportionately much energy or slow them down. In coaching, we support them with targeted exercises to check their perception and develop a behavior that allows them to develop their potential and achieve their goals. If competencies can be optimized, PAWLIK, as a full-service personnel development program, helps to close the gaps in a targeted manner, for example via blended learning or specific training. In this way, coaching is sensibly rounded off and optimized. Success and job satisfaction increase.

Accepting challenges

Professional challenges can become a personal burden. The concrete situation is seen as hopeless and the search for a solution is blocked. Together with the coachee, the coach looks for ways to better accept and solve difficult tasks.

Developing potentials

Each person has an individual combination of talents, abilities and personality aspects with which he or she can achieve a lot. But there are almost always hurdles. Sometimes it is the personal perspective on a situation, sometimes poor time management or misleading communication, which we clear up with coaching to create free space for the development of individual potential.

The first step is often the personal attitude towards stress, under which conflicts increasingly break out. We improve the way we deal with conflict situations, particularly in terms of decision-making and communication.

A functioning team enhances the potential of each individual, but a single spoilsport can blow up an entire team. Whether the one or the other scenario occurs can be controlled. With a team coaching you set the course to mobilize the qualities of the team.

How We Work

A special feature of our coaching sessions is that we combine it with the scientific potential analysis according to Prof. Julius Kuhl. Through a differentiated analysis of potential we are able to show the personality of the coachee in his conscious and unconscious motives, strengths and behavioral patterns and develop them in a targeted manner.

We do this by accompanying the coachee with coordinated exercises and methods. In intervals of two to four weeks we practice a behavior that will help the coachee to achieve his or her individual goals. In the meantime, the person or group tests what they have learned. In the next appointment, unsolved tasks are taken up again. Approximately three months after the end of the coaching, a follow-up meeting takes place to plan possible further steps.

Our solutions

Our coaching methods are based on the goals set by our client. All approaches are derived from recognized psychological theories and can be combined with one another.

Systemic coaching

Different situations and environments shine a light on the different facets of a person. Their behavior depends on how they view their role, how they see their environment, the experiences they have had with different behaviors, and much more. Due to these complex interdependencies, the systemic-coaching participant is observed and developed in their specific professional environment. Our coaches find solutions that match individual personalities and help them in reality. We release hidden resources and put the system in motion.

Psychodynamic coaching

Similar to systemic coaching, psychodynamic coaching involves us advising people in their organizational environment and attempting to improve the communication and collaboration with superiors, colleagues, customers, and suppliers. How it differs is that our approach is not just solution-based, but also gets to the bottom of the current situation’s emergence and background with the coaching participant. With psychoanalytic models and methods, we look at the participant as a person as well as the dynamism within the organization in which they operate. Just understanding these processes and these fields of tension helps the individual. We help them reflect on their behavior and find paths to their goals where they hold the responsibility.

Alongside the professional qualifications and many years of career experience held by our consultants in leadership, sales, and consulting positions, all PAWLIK consultants possess sound knowledge for the application of a Prof. Julius Kuhl potential analysis. We are one of the few consultancies in Germany that are entitled to apply this potential analysis.
