Our training is individual, based on science, and sustainable. We consider training successful if it results in permanent learning effects for new behaviors. Learning isn’t an event. New routines are developed by practicing consistently and programmatically. What is essential for the learning journey is identifying the status quo and the development needed based on it. This is where our in-depth personality diagnostics come to use, which can be used to create specific, individual recommendations for action. After every learning session, we send the participants into everyday working life with specific tasks on the job where they keep training the things they have learned, accompanied by learning materials that match their form of learning: workbooks, digital learning stimuli, audio programs, or our interactive learning portal.
This on-the-job training accounts for 70 percent of the total training time. That also means that your employees are at their workstations most of the time. Only about a third of the time is spent off the job for preparatory knowledge transfer or near the job for professional feedback and conversations. During this type of dialog, the participants reflect on what they have learned and become better rooted through it. Knowledge is only useful if you know how to put it into practice. We improve participants’ self-management skills, make the behavior visible, and train the new skills until they become routine.
If barriers, disruptive ways of thinking, or anxiety arise during implementation, we help the participants overcome mental obstacles. We switch to personal coaching for this if necessary.
The e-training offered by Pink University can be used as an integral component for development activities. The content of our programs is interlinked accordingly, creating a learning architecture that helps participants develop routines relevant for everyday work.
Most of the training is supported with virtual formats. Web kickoffs introduce the participants to the programs without them needing to travel out at great expense. Learning content is taught as well as discussed in virtual classrooms. The learning experience is an intensive one, especially when working in pairs or groups. Unlike a seminar room, the exchange takes place at multiple levels and through multiple channels simultaneously. This makes the participants active and produces permanent results.
