– Employee Experience Benchmark DACH 2021 - current study with special survey on the crisis
Those who research and change their own Employee Experience (EX) make a significant contribution to a better working atmosphere, better employee retention and ultimately better growth opportunities. Aspects that have gained in importance, especially in times of crisis.
Today most of the contact with employees takes place remotely. The current COVID situation therefore presents companies with challenges and opportunities in the retention and management of employees for which there is little experience. Together with the experience management specialists Buljan & Partners Consulting and the Hamburg School of Business Administration, PAWLIK Consultants is launching a research project on the Employee Experience Benchmark for the German-speaking region. The study is open for participants until the end of March.
Already in 2018, our partner Buljan & Partners Consulting conducted an Employee Experience study for the Spanish market. The aim was to find out which situations are crucial for the employee experience before and during the employment relationship and how the companies meet the employees’ expectations.
How does the EX-study proceed? For a comprehensive overview it examines 24 employee touchpoints. From their first contact with the company, through initial training and all career phases, until their leave.
There is also a section which explicitly addresses the COVID situation. For example, your employees are asked, among other things, how well they feel informed and supported through the crisis, if there is a sense of belonging, and how they personally experience remote work.
The survey will take place online, anonymously. Participating organizations will receive a visualized evaluation, as well as specific impulses for improvement based on this evaluation.

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results. We will create an individual benchmark for your company. You can also compare the results with the aggregated data of all participating companies.
We will assess the results in detail together with you in a workshop and will evaluate your possible actions and concrete steps for an improved Employee Experience!
We would need your decision to participate by 31 March 2021.
