Arne Adrian – Unanimous Re-Election as Chairman of the BDU’s Professional Personnel Consulting Association
At the BDU‘s Professional Personnel Consulting Association‘s latest elections, Arne Adrian, Managing Director of PAWLIK Group and PAWLIK Recruiters, was unanimously re-elected as Chairman. He will lead the largest professional association of the BDU (Federal Association of German Management Consultancies) for another two years until the end of 2024. Around 90 personnel consultancies have joined forces at the BDU to exchange ideas and information. As the largest industry network, the BDU‘s Professional Personnel Consulting Association provides information about the present situation of personnel consultants in Germany and about trends in its annual surveys and specialist congresses.
Arne Adrian says about his re-election: “I am very pleased about the confidence placed in me. As a people business, the HR consulting industry is going through serious changes in these critical times, so we will continue to promote the exchange of information about trends and problem-solving approaches for the benefit of all stakeholders." Arne Adrian is managing director of PAWLIK Group and managing director of PAWLIK Recruiters, an executive search firm that fills top management positions internationally, incorporating scientific personnel diagnostics. In addition, the 56-year-old is Chair of the board of directors of the BDU’s Professional Personnel Consulting Association.
Born in Hamburg, he studied business administration and worked for several years as an executive in various international companies before joining PAWLIK in 2002 and being appointed to the management board in 2007. He specializes in filling management positions in technology companies. Arne Adrian lives and works in Berlin.
