How We Work

Our trainers integrate clients’ challenges into cutting-edge blended learning architecture, starting with discussions on the client’s needs and objectives, followed by development of personalized learning architecture. Each program is targeted at the defined goal.

The complete package, consisting of face-to-face and digital programs, is the product of a long-standing collaboration between Blended Learning certified PAWLIK trainers and Pink University, a leading e-learning specialist, a collaboration that has produced improved learning outcomes and a high-quality learning experience.

Our solutions

In Blended Learning, we combine e-training formats with face-to-face events. Alongside e-training modules from Pink University, we also offer a wide range of modules, which we merge and adapt to suit the client’s specific requirements. These include learning stimuli, virtual kick-offs, digital supporting material, app solutions, individual coaching or coaching hotlines.

E-training modules

The wide variety of e-training modules aims to help participants to absorb knowledge quicker, to understand topics in more depth, to apply the information more effectively, and to encourage them to explore other aspects of the topic in their own time. This gives them the right tools to prepare for or follow up on face-to-face events.

Digital supporting material

Digital supporting material is a virtual filing space in which all material belonging to a learning path is stored specifically for the individual participant. This may include photo documentation, book recommendations and reviews, and presentations, and provides an additional method by which you can compile your own skills-based development plan.

Alongside the professional qualifications and many years of career experience held by our consultants in leadership, sales, and consulting positions, all PAWLIK consultants possess sound knowledge for the application of a Prof. Julius Kuhl potential analysis. Roman Hohaus

Roman Hohaus studied economics and law, and after starting his career he embarked on a career as a consultant, trainer and licensed coach. Since 2010 he has been a member of the management team of PAWLIK Consultants. He is a trained NLP Master, licensed scan coach and certified blended learning trainer. His list of references ranges from numerous individual personnel development measures in national and international environments to consulting projects for well-known multinational companies in the banking, insurance, logistics and services sectors. In the role of mentor, he also accompanies new consultants at PAWLIK in on-the-job training.
