Karsten Matthes Becomes Managing Director at PAWLIK Recruiters
Starting October 1, 2023, Karsten Matthes will round out the management team at PAWLIK Recruiters GmbH. The 54-year-old will lead the executive search company headquartered in Berlin as Managing Director together with Chairman of the Management Board Arne Adrian. Together, they will shape the company's growth strategy and make the PAWLIK Recruiters brand even more international.
Karsten Matthes has already been a great support to the PAWLIK Group’s consulting and executive search team as a partner since 2019, and has successfully established the Life Science Practice, among others. With more than a decade of consulting experience, the management and HR consultant was previously a member of the management team of a global healthcare company, responsible for human resources in three countries and more than 2,000 employees.
"My goal is to provide the best possible service for our clients. This can only be achieved with an outstanding candidate experiences as well as close collaboration between advanced technology and human judgement," says Karsten Matthes.
